World Health Organization (WHO) declared the novel coronavirus a pandemic on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

The U.S. has surpassed 1,000 cases of COVID-19. Currently, there are 1016 confirmed cases and 31 deaths–24 in Washington state, three in California, two in Florida, one in New Jersey, and one with no reported location as of yet.
